Ghana’s Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) has become the first African institution to join a foundation to support research libraries in the developing world.
“The effective communication of research results is an integral part of the research process,” said William Otoo Ellis, a KNUST graduate who is now vice-chancellor of the university.
