Environmental chemistry PhDs on offer at KNUST

Ghana’s Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology is offering seven PhD scholarships in in the area of environmental analytical chemistry.

The project investigates environmental effects of heavy metals and so-called xenobiotic substances—chemical substance found in organisms that shouldn’t be there, or at least not in the quantities observed. 

The scholarships will support further education and training of local scholars. Priority will be given to researchers from Ghana or other parts of West Africa. Good English is required.
