Shenyang University in China has announced plans to create an exchange programme with three Kano province based Nigerian universities in the field of chemical technology.
Yang Bo, an international students admissions official from the Chinese university, made the announcement this week.
Bo told the Daily Trust newspaper that the decision would strengthen the relationship between the two countries and ease the struggles faced by Nigerian students in accessing education.
