CSIRO help companies find research talent

Federal science minister Greg Hunt has launched a $7.9 million grants programme to help businesses work with early career scientists and engineers.

The grants will be administered by the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation through its SME Connect programme.

Announcing the scheme on 18 August, Hunt said the STEM Plus Business fellowships are designed to help Australian companies and researchers collaborate to increase business productivity and develop new products,
