Deakin University in regional Victoria has signed a deal to offer an online postgraduate degree in entrepreneurship in collaboration with Coventry University in the UK.
The course, which will carry fees of $8,800, will commence in early 2019 with units offered and coordinated by the global learning platform FutureLearn. Fee-paying courses will start in May, with free “course tasters” to be offered in January.
Beverley Oliver, Deakin’s deputy vice-chancellor of education, described the collaboration with Coventry and FutureLearn as “the future of postgraduate education” for students wanting to develop entrepreneurial skills and global business networks.
