One of Australia’s leading cyber security research centres is developing a series of data sharing programmes for hospitals and health clinics in South Australia.
The Data to Decisions Cooperative Research Centre is adapting data analytics technologies used in its national security projects to help hospitals improve patient services.
These include an app designed to reduce hospital emergency department waiting times, and modelling to predict the spread of infectious diseases.
