Australia’s biggest rural research funding agency is updating and expanding its climate change grants system to include more farm industries and rural businesses.
The Rural Industries Research and Development Corporation wants to launch the revised climate change research strategy in May 2017.
In a statement on 22 August, the federal agency has called for tenders from research management consultants to develop an options paper and organise a national climate research workshop.
