Collaboration between CSIRO and Murdoch University targets economic and environmental potential of biodegradable plastics
A bioplastics hub has been set up in Western Australia to bring together experts in microbiology, biochemical engineering and synthetic biology.
The $8 million Bioplastics Innovation Hub, a partnership between the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation and Murdoch University, was launched on 2 September.
