Silence can be a sign that staff are looking for an early exit

Subtle behavioural changes that can indicate an employee is thinking of leaving a company have been identified by an international study that includes a University of New South Wales business academic.

Frederik Anseel, associate dean of research at the university’s business school, was part of a research team that tracked 328 staff in their first year of employment with a company.
