Government announces extra A$150 million to fund industry-led hubs

The Australian government has announced an extra A$150 million for hydrogen industry hubs across the country.

Announcing the funding on 19 September, Angus Taylor, minister for energy and emissions reduction, said the hubs would “create the domestic demand needed to help the hydrogen industry drive down costs and scale up production, creating new job opportunities for our regions”.
