Inconsistent reporting and lack of transparency pose peril to participants, study warns

Australian clinical trials risk harming participants due to a lack of good reporting practice and inconsistent guidelines, a study from the University of Sydney has found.

In a paper published in the Medical Journal of Australia on 26 October, several leading researchers say that current practice is “inadequate”.
