Change workplaces to boost Stem diversity, young researchers say

Australian group says proposed moves on Stem lack comprehensive definitions and concrete targets

Australia should have clear targets for diversity in science and mathematics, a national review has been told.

The Australian Academy of Science’s Early and Mid-Career Researcher Forum’s response to proposed changes to the national approach says that workloads and “workplace safety” must also be addressed to boost the diversity of the workforce.
