AU$1m for physics chair in Adelaide

The University of Adelaide has established a physics chair, thanks to a AU$1 million, four-year fellowship from the government of South Australia, the university said on 3 April.

Andre Luiten will relocate from Western Australia to take up the Chair of Experimental Physics next February.

The funding is one of three AU$1m fellowships to develop research capabilities at the University of Adelaide, Flinders University and the University of South Australia.
