Australian academics say stronger institutional backing is needed for work to be shared more widely

Early career researchers in Australia need more support in sharing their research beyond the world of academia, a paper has found.

The study, published in the Learned Publishing journal, looked at researchers in Japan and Australia. It found that the Australian researchers were less encouraged to share their work and lacked training and time to do so.
