Consultation calls for more EU action on gender equality in science

A public consultation calls on the EU to promote gender equality in science more actively.

“There are strong calls for additional policy intervention at the highest EU level,” says the summary of responses to the consultation on the Future of Gender & Innovation in Europe, published on 25 October. The respondents also call for more funding dedicated specifically to research, training of researchers, and cooperation in this field.
