DG Internal Market and Services: directors’ duties and liabilities

The Directorate-General for Internal Market and Services invites proposals for a study on directors’ duties and liabilities.

Focusing on pre-insolvency situations, the tenderer will analyse and compare the legal framework of directors’ duties and liabilities currently in place in member states, analyse and compare relevant case law, determine whether such duties and liabilities change during a company’s life cycle, examine cross-border situations and identify gaps in member state approaches.
