The Directorate-General for Justice invites proposals for an external evaluation of Council Regulation (EC) No 2201/2003 of 27/11/2003 concerning jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgements in matrimonial matters and the matters of parental responsibility, repealing Regulation (EC) No 1347/2000.
The tenderer will retrospectively assess Regulation (EC) No 2201/2003 in terms of relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency and EU-added value and clarity, as well as looking forward and assessing key areas for amendments and potential conflicts in jurisdiction and rules due to be updated in line with EU case law.
