EUROHORCS, the body representing the heads of European national research agencies, has outlined its ideas for the future development of the European Research Area.
The organisation made its statement after the European Commissioner for Research and Innovation, Máire Geoghegan-Quinn, opened a fresh consultation exercise on ERA.
