Members of the European Parliament have reiterated their wishes to double the budget for the follow-up to Framework 7 (2014-2020) to around €100 billion in their response to the European Commission’s Common Strategic Framework proposal.
In the response MEPs said on 27 September that they also want to increase the participation of underrepresented SMEs, member states and regions in research and innovation programmes.
