Greens criticise EU posture in Durban climate talks

The European Greens have criticised the EU’s posture at the international climate change meeting in Durban, South Africa, EUobserver reports.

“The [meeting’s] programme is likely to be dominated by the Kyoto protocol, the only legally binding treaty obliging the rich world to cut its greenhouse gas emissions, which expires after 2012,” the news website says.
