The European Investment Bank has granted a €50 million research loan to Spanish aeronautic company Industria de Turbo Propulsores.
The bank’s money will finance in particular the development of aircraft engine parts such as low pressure turbines and compressors, with a focus on reducing fuel consumption, weight and noise.
