The Council of Ministers has agreed on most details of the EU unitary patent proposal, the Polish presidency of the Council announced on 6 December.
Ministers agreed on the basic principles of the Unitary Patent Court, and on locating the Court of Appeal in Luxembourg, and the Patent Mediation and Arbitration Centre in Lisbon, Portugal and Ljubljana, Slovenia.
