The Directorate-General for Climate Action invites proposals for the provision of support to the Commission in the development of an instrument for fostering investment in clean technologies with allowances for the EU emission trading system.
The tenderer will assist the Commission in developing such an instrument, including providing terms of governance, criteria for eligibility of installations and measurement requirements, as well as application, evaluation and verification procedures.
