EFSA: crop interception, pandemic influenza and zoonoses

The European Food Safety Authority invites proposals for a number of awards, addressing the collection and evaluation of relevant information on crop interception, the development of a risk assessment methodological framework for potentially pandemic influenza strains and the implementation and testing of electronic submission in XML format of zoonoses, zoonotic agents, animal population, antimicrobial resistance and food-borne outbreaks data in the EU, respectively.

Funding is worth a maximum of €150,000 for crop interception projects, up to €595,000 for influenza research and up to €53,600 for studies on zoonoses. Grants cover up to 90 per cent of eligible costs.
