A group of 59 university leaders and researchers has attacked the French government for its “smoke and mirrors” policies on higher education since 2007.
Marking the departure of the research minister, Valérie Pécresse, the Marc Bloch Group has written in Les Echos about the promises the former minister failed to keep during her term.
