The Directorate-General for Enterprise and Industry invites proposals to provide support to the implementation of the European Earth monitoring programme (GMES) and its initial operations (2011-13).
The tenderer may submit bids for one or more of the following lots: support to the GMES user consultation, for which funding is worth up to €1.5 million; support to the take-up of GMES services by users, for which funding is worth up to €5m; studies in support of GMES-related measures, for which funding is worth up to €1.5m.
