The Directorate-General for Mobility and Transport invites proposals on challenges, prospects and policy options relating to single wagonload traffic in Europe.
The tenderer will identify suitable policy options to support the future development of single wagonload traffic in Europe, analysing the state of the art in relevant technology and the organisation and operation of such services, as well as observing and assessing recent and ongoing research in this field.
