EFSA: food composition database

The European Food Safety Authority invites proposals for an updated food composition database for nutrient intake.

The tenderer will update EFSA’s food composition database, covering foods addressed in the classification system of about 2,000 foods, as well as expanding relevant information sources with harmonised information on the most common composite recipes of European countries, and on dietary supplements.
