Nanoelectronics winners announced
The French government has announced eight winners in a €135-million nanoelectronics programme launched last September. Funding will go to four projects led by SOITEC, a semiconductor materials firm, and three led by Altis Semiconductor, said an announcement on 21 July. The eighth project will be led by Ulis, an infrared imaging-sensor company.
