The Committee of the Regions of the European Union invites proposals for its multiple framework service contract on constitutional affairs, multilevel governance and devolution.
The tenderer will set up a network of external experts that will provide the CoR with a rapid response capability, enabling broader consultation of local and regional players, the drawing up of specific opinions on topics of current interest and the ability to draw on databases and knowledge built up by research centres or universities in the evaluation of policies.
