The Directorate-General for Energy invites proposals for a study on product labelling options and consumer understanding of these options and the energy label.
The tenderer will undertake a study on this topic in order to ensure the effective implementation of Article 9 of Directive 2010/31/EU on the energy performance of buildings. European institutions and agencies, as well as international organisations, may apply.
