The Directorate-General for Research and Innovation invites proposals for the provision of an external evaluation of the Research Executive Agency and the European Research Council Executive Agency.
The tenderer will draw up an external evaluation report on the first three years of operation of each executive agency and submit the findings to the relevant steering committee, the European Parliament, the Council and the Court of Auditors.
