Dutch scientists worried by government innovation plan

Dutch scientists are concerned about a government plan to boost private investment in research and innovation, Nature News reports.

The plan presented on 13 September aims to increase R&D investment from 1.8 per cent of GDP to 2.5 per cent in 2020, in order to make the Netherlands one of the top five knowledge economies worldwide.
