The European Space Agency invites proposals through its Phobos-Soil guest investigator programme.
Projects should involve scientific analysis of data, or theoretical and modelling studies supported by data, from the Russian Phobos-Soil (Phobos-Grunt) mission. Scientists from ESA member states and the Russian Federation are eligible.
