The European Science Foundation invites applications for a number of awards, including applied algebraic and computational topology exchange and short visit awards and science meeting grants, travel grants to attend the ESF-EMBO symposium on systems biology of Drosophila development and travel grants to attend the ESF-LiU conference on historiography of religion.
Short visit grants are worth up to €85 per day over a maximum of 15 days, plus actual travel expenses up to a maximum of €500 and exchange visits are worth up to €1,600 per month plus actual travel expenses up to a maximum of €500, over a maximum of four months. Science meetings provide running and attendance costs, while grants for conferences cover fees and travel costs for students and early stage researchers.
