EU should help improve university management

The EU should support efforts to improve university management which are designed to promote greater efficiency, says the European Universities Association.

In its response to the European Commission’s proposal for the modernisation of higher education published on 20 September, the association says: “It is clear that the main responsibility for delivering reforms in higher education rests with member states and education institutions themselves”.
