Eurec, a lobby group for renewable energy research in Europe, has re-elected Keith Melton as president.
Melton holds a PhD in metallurgy and works as director of technology at NaREC, the UK’s National Renewable Energy Centre. In the coming years, Eurec will focus on promoting energy research in the next EU funding programme Horizon 2020, Melton said.
