The Northern Periphery Programme invites proposals for preparatory and full projects for its strategic and main funding calls.
Preparatory and full strategic projects must address renewable energy solutions adapted for remote areas and to the scale of sparsely populated areas, and responding to climatic change in the Northern Periphery. Preparatory and full main projects must address promoting innovation and competitiveness in remote and peripheral areas and sustainable development of natural and community resources, with preference given to those examining maritime safety in relation to remote areas with arctic, harsh conditions.
