European heads of state will emphasize the need for greater integration between Horizon 2020 and other EU programmes such as the competitiveness of enterprises and SMEs (Cosme) at meetings this week.
In a draft document seen by Research Europe ahead of meetings on 18 and 19 October, the European Council calls for “rapid progress” on Horizon 2020 and Cosme, and stresses the importance of “an integrated approach to key enabling technologies”.
