Sciences Po ignores government over replacing its president

Sciences Po, France’s most prestigious selective university, has ignored a government call to postpone replacing its recently deceased president and will instead accelerate the search, according to L’Express.

The newspaper reports that two high-level meetings will take place on 29 and 30 October to choose a replacement for Richard Descoings, who died suddenly in New York earlier this year.
