The Directorate-General for Justice invites proposals for a study on EU privacy seals under the fundamental rights programme 2011.
The tenderer will analyse whether it is opportune and feasible to launch a European privacy certification scheme, assessing its potential scope and rules and the roles of stakeholders in its development, as well as its impact on existing legislation and interaction with existing privacy mechanisms.
