The European Defence Agency invites proposals for home-made explosives (HMEs) training.
The tenderer will organise and deliver a three-week training course, which will: fully familiarise EOD personnel with all aspects of HMEs, from identification to processing, mitigation and disposal; instruct students on safe and effective methods of operating in a clandestine HME factory; enable EOD operator to become instructors, passing this training on to others in their own organisations; enable EOD operators to instruct first responders on safe practices upon discovering a clandestine HME factory.
