The EU and India want to step up their cooperation in nuclear energy research.
Leaders from both sides “called for progress and finalisation of an agreement between India and the European Atomic Energy Community for R&D cooperation in the peaceful uses of nuclear energy,” at the 12th India-EU summit held in New Delhi on 10 February.
