Malta signs cooperation deal with European Space Agency

Malta has signed a cooperation agreement to participate in European Space Agency research projects, the ESA announced on 23 February.

The agreement concludes negotiation for telecommunications and satellite cooperation with the agency, which have been running since 2004. It follows the shape of other ESA cooperation agreements with small countries, most recently the Czech Republic and Romania.
