Research commissioner Máire Geoghegan-Quinn is travelling in Australia to promote research cooperation with Europe.
After a visit to Singapore and before a similar trip to New Zealand, Geoghegan-Quinn spoke at the Universities Australia conference, held in Canberra on 6 March.
