The Directorate-General for Health and Consumers invites applications for its pilot project grants for a coordinated European animal welfare network.
Projects should address the following objectives: establish a network of technical, scientific and vocational education resources on animal welfare; collect and analyse existing data to establish bottlenecks in implementing EU legislation; develop strategies based on the transfer of knowledge to competent authorities and stakeholders; monitor, report and analyse the effects of the different knowledge strategies implemented by the pilot project.
