The European Aviation Safety Agency invites proposals for a service framework contract for the provision of assessment centres and development centres and other related services to EASA.
The tenderer will: improve the recruitment process for managerial position through the implementation of appropriate evaluation methods; identify competencies which participants need to acquire or develop; assist the EASA selection board in identifying suitable managerial candidates; provide relevant expertise in staff assessment, selection, recruitment and development; assist in improving the current EASA selection process.
