Commission lists Framework 7 grantee errors

Most errors in Framework 7 cost claims arise from beneficiaries misunderstanding the rules or “lacking attention to detail”, the Commission has said in a note to participants. In a bid to minimise such errors, it has listed in its note the 10 most common mistakes in relation to Framework 7 funding. The most frequently occurring mistakes include: submitting cost claims without adequate proof that the expense was duly incurred and linked to the funded project; using sub-contractors that had not been mentioned during the contract negotiation; or wrongly claiming the reimbursement of VAT.
