DG ENTR: intellectual property exploitation

The Directorate-General for Enterprise and Industry has issued a call for proposals on exploitation of intellectual property for industrial innovation.

The tenderer shall study patent exploitation in small and medium-sized enterprises and experiences with related policy instruments, design an approach specific to the exploitation of unused patents by start-ups in the internal market, and experiment with the approach in concrete field tests and the organisation of events.
