The Directorate-General for Enterprise and Industry invites proposals for two tenders, one for a study on the impacts of possible amendments to the ATEX Directive 94/9/EC, the Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC and the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, with respect to equipment intended for use in the offshore oil and gas industry, and one to provide information on the content of dangerous substances in construction products.
Funding is worth an estimated €150,000 over 11 months for oil and gas studies and €200,000 over nine months for construction product services.
